The coronavirus outbreak is consuming everything. The impact is so widespread that we cannot express within few words. Coronavirus disease which also called COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus that closely related to bat coronaviruses, pangolin coronaviruses, and SARS-CoV originated from the Wuhan city of China. The first case has been filed at the end of December 2019. Coronavirus is transmitted through droplets when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or exhales. These droplets are too heavy to flow in the air and quickly fall on floors or surfaces. You can be infected by touching contaminated surfaces or close to infected persons through your eyes, nose, or mouth.
And sadly there are no vaccines or any effective medicine to treat coronavirus because it is a new kind of virus for us but now the whole world conducts research and vaccine trials are underway to find proper treatment and cure.

In response to the government took initiative to lockdown for maintaining social distancing. So stay home, stay safe.
So for maintaining social distancing, our organization, institution, business, govt has shifted towards the remote working approach. It is working from your home by using the internet and communication technology.
From the employee perspective
This is quite easy and flexible for the employee to work from home along with maintaining social distancing for their personal and national interest because only social distancing can flatten the curve of infection. While lockdown, it provides productivity for people, reduces mental anxiety of the coronavirus situation, and keep economic activity smooth and consistent. Besides, it may help the employee to have quality time with his\her family or personal growth. Workers are used to keeping their work and their personal lives separate, meaning they work at the office during working hours, and live personal life at home but now they can limit conflicts between the two.
From the business perspective
In this current lockdown situation, many employers are preparing for possible disruptions that could affect business in the short and long term. They have already taken some precautions to reduce exposure and transmission. These precautions include work travel bans, canceling in-person meetings, mass gathering, or self-quarantine. So the remote working approach provides businesses an adaptive way to engage with its stakeholders, sustainability to their business environment or ecosystem, deliver economic value, and serve the community by addressing public needs.
